Tämä on taas niitä aikoja, kun 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa ei riitä. Tarvitsisin ainakin muutaman tunnin lisää, että kerkeäisin tekemään kaiken tarpeellisen. Ensimmäinen asia, mistä lisäaikaa saa napattua, on yöunesta tinkiminen. Mutta toisena kärsii Tessa: lenkit jäävät lyhemmiksi ja sisällä aktivointi mitättömäksi. Se aika minkä kotona kerkeää olemaan ja ”levähtämään” (eli aika kun ei lue tenttiin) pitääkin sitten käyttää kunnolla hyödyksi. Toisella kädellä puhua puhelimessa ja toisella heittää Tessalle palloa. Tai toisella kädellä tehdä ruokaa ja toisella rapsuttaa Tessaa. Ja siltikin potea huonoa omatuntoa kaikesta siitä mitä ei kerkeä tehdä, tai minkä tekee huonosti.
Opiskelu vie aivan liikaa aikaa.. Kun siellä 8 tuntia mallintaa autotallin oven ympäristövaikutuksia, ei enää paljon huvittaisi kotona lukea matikan tenttiin. Kaikki tämä olisi kuitenkin tehtävä, ja siinä sivussa vielä pidettävä Tessa tyytyväisenä. Ja kaikesta huolimatta minulla oli aikaa kirjoittaa tämä merkintä. Kummallista.
